Shipping & Postage Policy

Shipping Service

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fast and secure option for delivering your premium scents directly to your door.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We believe in providing exceptional service at no extra cost to you.

  • Delivery Time: Most packages are delivered the next working day. However, delivery times may vary depending on the time of order placement, delivery address, and holiday periods. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, we recommend allowing 3 to 5 business days before contacting customer service about any delays, especially during peak periods such as holidays and bank holidays.

Same-Day Dispatch

We aim for same-day dispatch for orders placed by the following cut-off times:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed by 4pm will be dispatched the same day.

  • Saturday: Orders placed by 11am will be dispatched the same day.

Note: We are unable to guarantee dispatch or delivery on Bank Holidays or other Public Holidays. Dispatch times on our product pages will be updated accordingly during these periods.

Postcode Exclusions

Currently, there is no Sunday delivery to the following postcodes:

  • AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE

  • DD9-11, DG5-9, FK17-21, KA27-30, KY10, KY14-16

  • PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH5-9, PH11-13

  • PH15-26, PH30-50, PO30-41, TD5, TD15, TR21-25

Please be aware that remote regions, such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands, may experience slightly longer delivery times than stipulated.

Handling During Holidays & Weekends

During peak periods (such as Christmas or major sales events), delivery times may take longer than usual due to high demand. We do our best to keep you informed, and our product pages will always reflect the most current dispatch information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package in real-time through the Royal Mail website, ensuring you are always informed about its progress.
